Residencia Rosade started in January 2005. We transformed the family county house, designed and built under the direction of José Luis Férnandez del Amo (national arquitecture prize-winner) in 1969. It is located 15 minutes away from Madrid in the residential complex of La Cabaña, one of the few remaining country settings in the capital.

The house had been boarded up for nearly 15 years and was in good need of a remodel. We carried out all the necessary changes to adapt it to its new function of student residence and guest house, concluding all construction work in September 2005, when we started to operate.
