Our residence has three floors: the basement, the ground floor, and the first floor. It also has an 800 m2 garden, a private swimming pool and its own parking area.

 We facilitate a varitey of services (cleaning, laundry, dry cleaning, package reception, shopping, etc) so thaqt our residents need only worry about their studies, work or holidays.

There is a member of staff which resides permanently in the villa and takes care of the daily running of the residence.
