Residencia Rosade is mainly targetted a young professionals and university students, as well as all those people who work in related areas (PhD students, masters, investigation programs, teachers, etc) due to its proximity to prestigious universities and business complexes.

 

During the summer, the house is available to people on exchange programmes, those on summer courses or work internships or simply those who wish to travel and get to know the area. We therefore rent out rooms, or even the whole house.

 

This all takes place in a calm, comfortable and welcoming atmospher.

          

We provide a variety of services (cleaning, laundry, dry cleaning, package reception, shopping, etc) so that our residents only have to worry about their studies, work or other activities they chose to embark on.
